AK47 Strain review:
AK47 is a Sativa-dominate hybrid with bright white coloring. Despite its violent name, the strain imparts a very mellow feeling and can even leave one stuck in a state of “couch-lock”. Many users take advantage of the strain’s relaxing effect to relieve stress and anxiety. Others use it to take the edge off their chronic pains and aches. Insomniacs take 1-3 hits approximately an hour before bedtime to induce relaxation. However, AK47 itself did not come into existence until 1992. The strain underwent a rework in 1999 so that plants could produce uniform genetics.
As it looks, AK47 is bright lime green with shiny red-orange pistils, tiny hairs curling between the leaves of sugar and stirring. The buds may also look silvery-white with a broad amount of THC that covers the foggy leaves in sparkling crystals (also known as trichomes).
With its strong, spicy, and skunky taste, AK47 strain produces deep, very juicy, and compact buds. Oak, sandalwood, and a few faint hints of citrus can be detected. Your smoke is powerful, powerful, and soothing, with lower skunk tones.
The AK47 has a calming and mild effect, albeit very strong.
The flowering period of AK47 is generally pretty short, typically only taking about 7-9 weeks. For outdoor grows, harvest time is the end of October, and yields can prove to be exquisite if the crops are raised healthy. Indoor yields typically range at around 400g per square meter, while outdoor yields are 500g per plant.
The strain is easy to grow, both indoors and out, responds well to hydroponic systems, and reaches maturity around October 15 under natural light. Feminized plants may require an extra week of flowering, and may grow shorter than non-feminized plants.
AK-47 provides a constant, prolonged brain buzz that keeps you alerted and engaged in social or creative activities. It is well-balanced and can simultaneously relax and stimulate.
